This report compares the two property-type tables in the Denver Local Market Update for August 2026. Monthly and year-to-date figures are kept separate. Percentage-point changes in list-price retention are reported exactly as published.
Limits
The categories are broad and include varied locations, conditions, sizes, and price bands. The data does not establish a building-level condo effect, a luxury premium, or a forecast. DMAR notes that one month can look extreme when sample sizes are small.
